Our Story
Born from a simple observation.

Working women spend five days a week building empires, yet struggle to find clothes worthy of that ambition.
Mon-to-Fri. Every week. The name carries the woman's story inside it. La Montofri, intentionally European, intentionally aspirational, was designed to sound like it belongs in Paris but was built for Dubai.
Contemporary luxury. Above the high street. Accessible enough for a working woman's weekly wardrobe. The gap between Zara and Max Mara is not a price gap, it is a respect gap. La Montofri closes it.
The collection now runs to nineteen pieces: blazers, coats, dresses, blouses, trousers and skirts, each cut to the same standard so a whole working week comes from one wardrobe.
Every collection begins with a single question: does this make the woman wearing it feel exactly who she is?
The Name
Mon · to · Fri
Most people won't decode it immediately. That is intentional. La Montofri creates a "wait, oh, that's clever" moment. The brand sounds expensive while carrying a working woman's entire story inside it.
Design Philosophy
Modesty by design
Every piece at La Montofri is modest by default: full-sleeve options, longer hems, non-sheer fabrics. This is not a limitation. It is the north star. Modesty by design is inherent dignity.
For every woman
She is Emirati, an expat, a teacher, a CEO. She is one woman at different life stages. La Montofri is designed for all of her, without asking her to choose.
No compromise
Quality without apology. Fabric standards, construction integrity, considered pricing, every decision is made with the woman wearing it in mind, not the margin sheet.
Three words
Dignified
Modern
Unapologetic
These are not marketing words. They are the filter every piece passes through before it earns the La Montofri label.
